What is FixsuBot Premium and how does Whitelabel (BaaS) work?
Premium lets you run Fixsubot as your own bot. After purchase you paste your token from the Discord Developer Portal into the dashboard, and we start the bot with your name, avatar and status. The token is stored encrypted (AES-256).
Will my server members know it is powered by FixsuBot?
No. In Premium, all system watermarks, default footers ('Powered by FixsuBot'), and promotional links are removed, delivering a 100% custom-branded experience.
Do I need to keep my PC on or buy a separate VPS?
No. The bot, the database and everything else run on our server. We handle updates and security fixes.
What is the SLA availability guarantee for Whitelabel instances?
The bot runs all the time and restarts automatically if it crashes. We do not offer a formal uptime guarantee (SLA) – if something is down, tell us on the support server or at

What is Phantom Sandboxing and Beyond IP security?
Traditional IP bans fail against VPNs. Our proprietary Beyond IP engine uses device fingerprinting (MemberToken) and browser verification (Captcha Vault) to silently isolate raiders into sandboxed environments without disturbing genuine members.
How does the AI Image & Attachment Scanner (Anti-NSFW) work?
Images and attachments sent on your server are analyzed in real time by dedicated AI Worker threads. Inappropriate content (NSFW/gore) is deleted in fractions of a second, with automated moderation actions executed immediately.
What is the Warn Matrix and Jail System?
The Warn Matrix automates infraction escalations (e.g., 3 warns = 2h Mute, 5 warns = Jail, 7 warns = Ban). The Jail system strips roles, stores them securely in the database, and grants isolated cell access, automatically restoring original roles once served.
How do 1-Click Server Backups work?
The Server Backup engine captures full snapshots of roles, channels, categories, and permission overwrites, enabling 1-click recovery from accidental deletions or admin rogue actions.
What are the exact limits in the Free version?
The Free plan provides core functionality with quantitative limits: up to 3 Custom Commands, 3 Ticket Templates, 3 Reaction Role Panels, 3 Social Alerts (YT/Twitch), 50 TempVoice channels per category, and standard branding.
Why do tickets stop at 50 in Free, while Premium is unlimited?
Discord limits any single category to 50 channels. FixsuBot Premium features an Auto-Overflow engine that dynamically spawns new overflow categories on the fly, eliminating capacity barriers.
What are Zero-Knowledge Private Transcripts?
Closed ticket logs are encrypted with AES-256 and safely stored in the cloud. Authorized staff can view rich, interactive transcripts directly in the web dashboard.
How does the MEE6 Level Migration Engine work?

How do Premium level and welcome cards differ?

How do Guild Timers work?
Set automated recurring announcements and embeds on any channel at custom intervals (15m, 30m, 1h, 6h, 12h, 24h) for rules, social reminders, or community events.
How many servers can I manage with one Premium license?
Bronze works on one chosen server; for more servers you buy it separately. Gold is your own bot plus account Premium with 3 servers included, and you can add more at checkout for the Bronze price for the same period. Diamond has no server limit.
Can I transfer my Premium license to another server?
With an account plan (Gold, Diamond), yes, any time. In server settings, on the Premium tab, turn it off on one server and on for another where you are an administrator. Bronze bought for a server stays with that server.
How quickly is Premium activated after checkout?
Instant activation (0-second delay) powered by real-time Stripe webhooks, instant database commits, and hot-reloaded memory cache.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Pay for a subscription by card (including Apple Pay) or Link. The one-time Founder plan can also be paid with BLIK.
What happens if my subscription expires? (Grace Period 72h)
If a monthly payment fails, Premium keeps working for 2 more days. After that it pauses until paid, but your settings, ticket templates, custom commands and economy stay saved and come back when you renew.
Can I request a refund?
Every plan is a subscription you can cancel any time; cancelling takes effect from the next period, so Premium stays until the end of the paid time and no further payment is taken. We do not refund a started period, except for statutory rights: consumers can withdraw within 14 days (minus the time Premium was active), and complaints are always accepted.
Is my payment card information secure?
100% secure. FixsuBot servers never handle or store raw payment card data. All transactions take place within Stripe's encrypted TLS 1.3 / 256-bit environment.

Will I receive future updates and new features?
Yes. Fixsubot is constantly developed, and Premium and Founder members get new modules and improvements automatically at no extra cost.

Yes! The entire dashboard is built to Mobile-First Pixel-Perfect standards, supporting full touch controls and responsive layouts on screens from 320px up to 4K.
